1. Take down the previous style
2. Detangle hair
3. If getting a color service, contact the stylist prior to the appointment to ensure the desired color is available
4. Decide on a style prior to the appointment

*Failure to prepare your hair results in a $40 charge that will be added to your service.

Please Note: A shampoo service is standard with most of our services. The hair is shampooed a total of two times during this service. If an additional shampoo is required during the service due to scalp issues or excessive dirt a $25 charge will be added to the service.
