There will be a $20 late fee applied to your service after 10 minutes. If there is no communication after 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled due to inconveniencing our other clients. If you need to cancel, please let it be done within 24 hours before your appointment. Failure of proper notice will result in a charge for the remaining balance of your service.
