During your consultation, we will discuss your hair history, current routine, previous chemical and color services, styling preferences, concerns and healthy-hair goals. We will also evaluate the current condition, texture, density and needs of your hair and scalp so we can recommend the appropriate salon service and home-care approach.

Your $25 consultation fee will be applied toward your first eligible salon service.

This consultation is for Believe Salon & Spa services and is separate from a comprehensive hair-loss or trichology consultation through Believe Trichology MedSpa.

You do not need to arrive with freshly shampooed hair for your regular salon appointment.

Your applicable service includes The Believe Standard™: customized professional cleansing, customized conditioning, Micro-Mist Therapy and individualized healthy-hair-focused care.

We select the appropriate professional shampoo and conditioner according to what your hair and scalp need at that visit. Your regimen may change from appointment to appointment because healthy hair care is never one-size-fits-all.

Premium professional treatment masques are concentrated treatments and are separate from routine conditioning unless included in your selected service.

Please arrive with your hair accessible so we can properly evaluate it.

• Remove wigs, braids, extensions or other styles that prevent access to your natural hair and scalp.
• Gently detangle your hair before arriving when possible.
• Please do not apply heavy oils, gels, edge control, fibers, sprays or other products that may prevent us from accurately evaluating your hair and scalp.
• Bring photos of hairstyles, cuts or colors you are considering, if applicable.
• Be prepared to share recent chemical, color and heat-service history.

Appointments are reserved specifically for you. Hair requiring significant detangling, removal of an existing style, or preparation beyond the service booked may require additional time and an additional fee.

If an existing style must be removed before your appointment, please arrange for removal beforehand unless a takedown service has been specifically booked.
